Job Title: Laundry Route Delivery Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Laundry Route Delivery Driver to join our team at Topper Linen Supply Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering various items and products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Accept payment or invoices for items delivered and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Follow directions and read maps to ensure timely delivery.
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes and reduce travel time.
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
  • Pay and receive payments for goods and services.
  • Provide customer service and support to our clients.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and condition.

Requirements:

  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding role requiring up to 23 kg (50 lbs) of weight handling.
  • Client focus, organized, reliable, team player, and dependable.
