Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 6th Avenue Food Market and Smoke Shop LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns as needed.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
