About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Billard Le Skratch III. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all dishes, flatware, and other items are clean and sanitized before being put away.
    • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Food Preparation
    • Portion and wrap foods as needed.
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
    • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
    • Experience
      • Will train on the job.
