We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at RONA+. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Receiving and Delivery department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Departmental Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the Receiving and Delivery department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory and supplies, ensuring that all stock is accurately accounted for and easily accessible.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Requirements
