Drilling Floorhand

We are seeking a skilled Drilling Floorhand to join our team at Precision Drilling Canada Limited Partnership. As a key member of our drilling operations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment on our rigs.

• Assist in the setup and operation of drilling equipment, including pipes, drill stems, and drill bits.
• Handle and move drill pipes, tools, and other materials as required.
• Clean and maintain rig areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Assist in the transportation of drilling and service equipment to and from job sites.
• Perform other duties as required to support the drilling operations team.

• Basic safety orientation (BSO) certification from the Oil Sands Safety Association (OSSA).
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
• Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate.
• Confined Space Entry Training.
• Rig Worker Fall Protection certification.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
• Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
