Senior Palo Alto Administrator Job Description

IT Unlock is at the forefront of digital transformation, leveraging our expertise to tackle complex IT challenges. Our team is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, configure, and optimize Palo Alto firewalls to ensure network security and performance.
  • Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN and WAN solutions to enhance network communication efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Palo Alto system configurations, security policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support security and network projects and initiatives.
  • Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex security and network-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of practical experience as a Palo Alto firewall administrator and in managing SD-WAN and WAN networks.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
  • Practical experience in security compliance and audit preparedness is an asset.
  • Commitment to working on-site for at least 2 days per week for team collaboration.
Assets:
  • Palo Alto certification (PCNSA, PCNSE, PCNSE-SD-WAN, PCCET, etc.)
