Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Food Counter Service Representative to join our team at Royal Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to our menu specifications.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the food counter, utensils, and equipment regularly to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Inventory Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed to ensure availability of food items.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills is essential.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
