We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Classical Dance Educator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description

As a Lead Classical Dance Educator, you will be responsible for teaching dance techniques and artistic interpretation to students, preparing them for auditions and performances. You will also practice and rehearse dance routines, train to maintain high levels of technical proficiency, and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in classical ballet teaching
  • Hold a Royal Academy of Dance Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
