Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities.

Job Summary:

The Housekeeper will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping and laundry services to our residents, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring the overall quality of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide housekeeping and laundry services to residents, including cleaning and maintaining resident rooms and common areas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Participate as a member of the Environmental Services team, providing support to other team members.
  • Operate and clean equipment, furniture, and other areas related to residents.
  • Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of the needs of seniors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
