We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team at Kelowna General Hospital (KGH). As a Diagnostic Radiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting medical images and providing expert diagnoses to patients.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a Diagnostic Radiologist with fellowship training to join our team. Fellowship training and/or experience in Cardiothoracic, Chest, MSK, Breast, or Nuclear Medicine imaging is an asset, but not required.
About the FacilityKelowna General Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility with 3 CT scanners, one MRI, a brand new interventional fluoroscopy suite, digital mammography, and a PET scanner. We are currently the only IHA site performing MRI-guided breast biopsies.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret medical images to provide expert diagnoses to patients
- Perform biopsies and drainages
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
