Sales Leadership Role

As an Assistant General Manager at Giorgio Armani, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the General Manager to drive sales, provide an excellent client experience, build strong talent, and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align the team on driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Contribute to merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies.
  • Develop and implement store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates.
  • Manage the end-to-end operation of the store and its team, including labor and supply budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum Three (3) years of experience in similar retail management field.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing Sales Management Trainings and Presentations.
  • Proficiency with Retail Systems and Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
