Job Title: Payroll & Accounting Coordinator

Overview
RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Accounting Coordinator to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll processing, related reconciliations and financial reporting.

Your Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and efficiently
- Maintain payroll records, employee pay history, and vacation and sick leave accruals in compliance with federal employment standards
- Support with full-cycle accounting functions including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Payroll, Accounting or Finance is required
- PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) certification is preferred
- 3+ years of payroll processing and accounting experience

Your Strengths:
You will have the ability to work accurately under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality as required.
