We are seeking a skilled Flight Instructor to join our team at Insignia College. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting flight training sessions, teaching instrument rating, aviation, commercial piloting, flight safety, and piloting techniques. You will also mentor and guide students through their aviation education journey.

• Conduct flight training sessions and provide instruction on relevant topics
• Mentor and guide students through their aviation education journey
• Develop and implement effective training plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Instrument Rating and Aviation skills
• Experience in Commercial Piloting and Flight Safety
• Expertise in Piloting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety protocols
• Prior experience as a certified Flight Instructor
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field (preferred)

• A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
