Retail Sales Associate

As a Self-Checkout Attendant at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers processing transactions through the self-service area(s), ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Product Knowledge: Educate customers on the correct and efficient use of self-service options, promoting company sponsor programs and services when applicable.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and interventions as required, explaining the reasons for the intervention while positively reassuring customers.
- Technical Support: Call the Customer Service Manager when the self-service area(s) is low on cash or has a technical issue.
- Inventory Management: Return Scan & Go scanners to their home after use.
