Interior Health Authority seeks a talented Neurologist to join our esteemed team at Royal Inland Hospital. As a specialist in Stroke/Rehabilitation medicine, you will collaborate with physiatry and hospitalists to provide exceptional patient care.

In this role, you will enjoy dedicated clinic space and administrative support in the Clinical Services Building (CSB), which offers modern facilities for Electrophysiology Lab services.

Hospital on-call coverage is an essential aspect of this position, ensuring that patients receive seamless care around the clock.

We encourage subspecialty interests, particularly in Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, and EMG/EEG/PSG, but these are not necessary qualifications.

Our tertiary care hospital, affiliated with UBC, boasts an excellent team of emergency medicine physicians, neurosurgeons, vascular surgeons, physiatrists, and other specialists who work together to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

The hospital features a state-of-the-art ICU, a recently renovated ER with leading-edge EMR documentation, and newly developed Rapid Access Cardiology and Internal Medicine Outpatient Services.

This opportunity may lead to a permanent position after you've had the chance to meet our medical team and experience the community.

The remuneration includes a minimum income guarantee of $15,000 per week, plus travel and accommodation expenses covered.
