About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in a Long Term Care setting. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, baking, and plating
  • Portion and serve meals to residents, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Food Service Worker Certificate or equivalent
  • Valid Food Safety Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
