Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at S&L Properties ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and repairs, providing valuable insights for business decision-making
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
This is a permanent, full-time position working 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Fluency in English is required.
