Bakery Trainee

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nova Era Bakery & Pastry X Inc. The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma, but will be willing to train and learn the skills required for the job.
Work SettingThe Baker will work in a fast-paced bake shop environment, where they will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain work areas
The Baker will have the opportunity to work with Portuguese cuisine specialties and will be expected to maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityThe ideal candidate will be a quick learner, able to work in a team environment, and have a strong work ethic. The Baker will be expected to work 40 hours per week and will be a permanent member of our team.
