Dishroom Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Assistant to join our team at SRA Wasaga Beach Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen facilities.

The Dishroom Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring that our dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to a high standard. This will involve operating dishwashers, washing and sanitizing items by hand, scouring pots and pans, and cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and appliances.

• Load and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and equipment
• Scour pots and pans to remove food residue
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
• Handle and store cleaning products
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
