Dental Scheduling Coordinator Opportunity

We value building a foundation of trust by treating our guests as special individuals, which is vital to our success. In this role, you will be the patient concierge, responsible for coordinating the calendar for our patients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating schedules to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Verifying the availability of the practice and patients for appointments to minimize scheduling conflicts
- Confirming appointments and sending reminders to verified patients
- Rescheduling or canceling appointments in a timely manner to accommodate changing patient needs
- Answering scheduling inquiries from patients and addressing their concerns
- Documenting scheduling processes and maintaining accurate records
- Gathering patient information, including reasons for visits and insurance details
- Providing clear explanations of dental procedures, treatment times, and payment options to patients
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- 1 year of recent dental administrative experience, with a strong understanding of scheduling coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage patient data and schedules efficiently
- Knowledge of dental software is highly desirable to streamline scheduling processes
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional demeanor to interact with patients and colleagues
- Outstanding customer service skills to deliver exceptional patient experiences
