Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Requirements Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for coordinating, creating and consolidating product development documentation as it pertains to requirements and specifications for regulated medical software. Your primary objective will be to provide recommendations related to management and coordination of product development documentation to all relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the products.
  • Liaise with Product Managers to elicit and appropriately document requirements for software projects.
  • Coordinate with various Research and Development (R&D) departments to understand and communicate feature feasibility.
  • Work with various R&D personnel to adapt requirements into software specifications using appropriate language.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years business analysis experience in a technology environment.
  • Strong computer and word processing skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
