About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Liquidation Max Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 3-4 warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and timely processing.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and materials within the warehouse and to external locations.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
    • Collaborate with external partners, such as suppliers and carriers, to ensure seamless logistics and operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high levels of pressure.
