Agricultural Labourer Job Description

Aber-Bel Farms Ltd. is seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team. As an Agricultural Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including applying fertilizers, harvesting seedlings, and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizers to crops
  • Harvest seedlings and crops
  • Mix and apply fertilizers
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Work Environment:

The work environment will be outdoors in all weather conditions. Staff accommodation is provided on-site.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Physically demanding work
