Job Title: Tire Technician

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Roadrunner Automotive. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles by performing routine tire maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine tire inspections and maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, balancing, and inflation checks.
  • Repair and replace tires, including patching, plugging, and replacing tire valves.
  • Assist mechanics with more complex repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts and aerial lifts, to move vehicles and equipment around the shop.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as automotive repair or tire maintenance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
