Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of unauthorized access or other security breaches

• Respond to alarms and other security incidents in a timely and professional manner

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and other relevant information

• Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Valid WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR Level C Certification

• Minimum one year of experience in security

• Proficient in English (both oral and written)

• Vulnerable Sector Check

• Certification in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
