Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing tactical approaches to customer-impacting events and activities, such as service disruptions, operational outages, strategic initiatives, and business process optimizations.
- Support sales operations for regional distribution activities, initiatives, or issues that may affect customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to help the sales team operate more effectively and strengthen distribution partnerships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business development and retention activities.
- Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment, addressing both proactive initiatives and reactive events.
- Contribute to creative solutions for issues and support project alignment and prioritization.
- Support the measurement, analysis, and reporting on regional initiatives' performance.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Basic knowledge of distribution and retail pharmacy operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with McKesson systems (Salesforce, MBA, AS400, data cubes) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and develop cross-functional relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
