Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing tactical approaches to customer-impacting events and activities, such as service disruptions, operational outages, strategic initiatives, and business process optimizations.
  2. Support sales operations for regional distribution activities, initiatives, or issues that may affect customers.
  3. Resolve customer issues efficiently to help the sales team operate more effectively and strengthen distribution partnerships.
  4. Coordinate with the sales team to support business development and retention activities.
  5. Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment, addressing both proactive initiatives and reactive events.
  6. Contribute to creative solutions for issues and support project alignment and prioritization.
  7. Support the measurement, analysis, and reporting on regional initiatives' performance.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of distribution and retail pharmacy operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with McKesson systems (Salesforce, MBA, AS400, data cubes) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and develop cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
