Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Holder to join our team at The Childrens Place. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealing, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
- Establish work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure the sales floor is running smoothly.
- Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent position with 20 to 25 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
The Childrens Place is a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. As a Key Holder, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization and efficiency.
