- Research and Implementation: Research and implement new corporate applications and solutions to enhance our technology infrastructure and improve employee productivity.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain the integrity and security of Entra ID and all user access privileges, ensuring our technology infrastructure remains secure and compliant.
- Documentation and Communication: Create FAQ documentation for commonly asked questions and maintain Entra ID information for all employees as directed by HR.
- Physical Security: Maintain physical security to ensure employee safety and well-being.
- Remote Support: Provide technical support services to all departments, including remote employees, to ensure seamless support and minimize downtime.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal employees, demonstrating a customer-first mentality and deep understanding of customer service principles.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical employees.
