**Salary and Benefits**
The annual pay range for this position is $65K - $85K based on store performance and experience, including base salary and commissions. **Job Description**
As a Store Manager at Lordco Auto Parts, your responsibilities will include:
  • • Building, guiding, and developing an engaged team to deliver high levels of customer service and business results
    • Ensuring customer needs are met and the service provided by the store team is friendly, efficient, and accurate
    • Responding to customer complaints in a timely, appropriate, and professional manner
    • Driving continuous improvement in processes and procedures
    • Identifying new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
    • Ensuring that all products and displays in the store are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • • 3-5 years of experience in the auto parts retail business
    • Strong leadership and people management abilities
    • Ability to produce results while maintaining a positive team environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once
