About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Labourer to join our Exterior Painting Team for the summer season. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced painters with various tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high standard of quality in our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist painters with surface preparation, painting, and finishing tasks
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of the work site and project area
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take initiative in day-to-day responsibilities and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary)
  • Full-time commitment to hours weekly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachable
