About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Aark Dental. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
  • Order dental and office supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient clinical environment.
  • Prepare dental instruments and filling materials to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
  • Perform reception and clerical duties to support the smooth operation of our front desk.
  • Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy clinical environment.
  • Educate patients concerning oral hygiene and provide personalized advice to promote good oral health.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure our patients receive timely and efficient care.
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Invoice patients for dental services to ensure timely payment and maintain a positive financial relationship.
