Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and sales floor.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and perform other tasks as required to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
