Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at LIMITLESS MIGRATE NURSE CORP. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:

The Personal Support Worker will work closely with our clients, their families, and our healthcare team to provide personalized care and support. This includes assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help clients with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Assist clients with medication management
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to clients
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide physical support and assistance to clients
