Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and programs, including information communicated through email by other departments.
  • Respond to member concerns, resolve customer complaints within scope of responsibility, and channel concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Assess client needs and design safe training routines to meet their goals.
  • Assist, educate, and encourage clients on fitness equipment usage.
  • Deliver Stadium Smart Sessions and ensure program completion with follow-up.
  • Stay current on fitness trends and best practices.
  • Ensure the Fitness Centre is tidy, clean, and safe, completing all cleaning duties and reporting damaged equipment or safety issues.
  • Book Fitness Centre consultations and place reminder calls as needed.
  • Dispense items from the First Aid Kit and report low inventory.
  • Complete incident, medical, and emergency forms as required.
  • Communicate and participate in special events and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent and current Personal Training Certification or Resistance Trainer Leader Certification, CPR C / AED.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer / Trainer.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
