Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating with other departments, managing inventory, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are working safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stocktakes
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
