We are seeking a Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Bola Sweets & Restaurant Ltd. dba Diamond Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, while also being proactive in addressing any customer concerns.

This is a permanent full-time position, offering 35 to 40 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have no formal education requirements, but must be willing to learn and take direction from management. Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for setting tables, clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, and operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • You will also be required to keep records of food quantities used, portion and wrap foods, serve customers at counters or buffet tables, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
