Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Transformation Delivery Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality transformation engagements and managing project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Maintaining and supporting existing Power BI reports and dashboards, making updates as necessary.
- Configuring and administering Jira backend, including Jira automation rules and reporting tools.
- Configuring and administering Confluence pages.
- Providing support and training to Jira and Confluence end users.
- Assisting with program management activities, including integrated project plans, budgets, and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, business, project management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1-5 years of experience working in project management on enterprise solution projects, such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), SAFe Agilist, is an asset.
- Experience in configuring and administering Confluence spaces and Jira projects, including Jira workflows, schemes, custom fields, automations, permissions, and add-ons.
- Proven ability to develop and design Power BI dashboards or reports, including integration of multiple data sources, data analysis, visualization, and optimization.
- Prior experience with test management tools and quality assurance activities is an asset.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
