About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Payday Shop. As a key member of our consumer lending team, you will play a critical role in driving results and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate loan applications to determine creditworthiness
  • Analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Communicate with customers to discuss loan options and provide guidance on financial planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective lending strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Secondary school graduation certificate also acceptable)
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in consumer lending or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
