Job Title:

Corporate Ethics Counsel


Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Corporate Ethics Counsel to provide legal advice and guidance on ethical matters to the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide advice and guidance on ethical issues, conduct investigations, and provide training and education on ethical matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ethical considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.


Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree and at least 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
