About the Role

Mantor Landscape Limited is seeking a skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a dump truck to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from the dump truck, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the dump truck, including checking fluids, tire pressure, and brakes, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including communicating with dispatchers, foremen, and other drivers.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • DZ class license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating a dump truck and knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with dispatchers and foremen.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
