Colyvan Pacific Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled Strata Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our strata properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Supervision

Recruit, train, and supervise support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Property Maintenance

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure our properties remain in excellent condition.

Financial Management

Monitor expenses and income, and prepare detailed reports for property owners.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all necessary business licenses and permits are in place.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Language

English.

Hours

40 hours per week.
