Job Summary

BMO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow our business and increase customer loyalty.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Registration to sell investment products completed, as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
  • Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
  • Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
