Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and web portal to resolve client issues
  • Triage multi-channel support requests and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring technical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform system improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing technical support for software applications, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
