We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and web portal to resolve client issues
- Triage multi-channel support requests and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Analyze data to identify trends and inform system improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing technical support for software applications, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Familiarity with health care IT systems, workflows, and terminology
- Experience conducting training sessions or providing ongoing user support
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users
