Multilingual Claims Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Multilingual Claims Advisor to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation.

As a Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers inquiring about their claims. You will apply your knowledge of policies, products, services, and initiatives to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions and navigate complex situations.

Bilingualism in English and French is required, as is flexibility to work 35 hours a week during our business hours of operation: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, and Statutory holidays.
