Key Expectations:

  • Manage product design verification and validation activities to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective test methods for product evaluation and validation.
  • Collaborate with project leads to identify testing requirements for new product designs.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition of products through testing.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the R&D team.
  • Participate in research activities, including in vivo testing and data analysis.
  • Design and develop tools for automated analysis of biomedical image and mechanical data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of Gentuity test data.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years of experience in medical devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Experience with scripting software languages an advantage.
