Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will be responsible for assessing clients' physical and/or cognitive functioning within the clinic setting. Common assessments include job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, ergonomic, attendant care, and pre-employment assessments.

Your responsibilities will also include creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning, utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions, collaborating with the inter-professional team at your clinic, supervising Occupational Therapy students (as preferred), and networking with all stakeholders to promote Lifemark OT programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
• Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and FCE Trained
• Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long term disability, and WCB referrals is an asset
• Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is a strong asset
