Retail Sales Team Lead

As a Regional Field Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives in assigned locations, promoting our brand's products to consumers while communicating key messaging and driving brand awareness.
Job DescriptionThe goal of this position is to grow sales and market share within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coaching sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service;
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales;
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the retail environment, including managing relationships with key partners and merchandising capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in retail;
- Strong management, coaching, and leadership skills, developed in a retail organization;
- Experience within the wireless, electronics, appliance retail sector is a huge asset;
- Detail-oriented and results-focused with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends if required based on business needs;
- French Language an asset.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year-
