Security Supervisor

Mars Security & Protection Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with security standards
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- First Aid Certificate
- Security Guard License
