About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and strategic leader to join our team as a Clinical Educator & Practice Lead. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care and services.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide clinical consultation, program leadership, quality assurance, and improvements while navigating change and disseminating best practices through education and training. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services, and will work closely with our team to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
Requirements
- Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and is registered with BCCNM.
- Alternatively, possess a degree in a recognized health science/professional program.
- Possess 5 years of healthcare experience.
- 5 years' experience with adult education or clinical instruction.
- Two years of nursing experience are required, with a preference for long-term care experience.
- Certification in a gerontology program is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring an annual salary range of $101,000 to $117,000 per year. Your comprehensive benefits include employer-paid extended health and dental coverage, along with a generous vacation time. Additionally, we provide RRSP matching contributions and support for your ongoing professional development.
