Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Department Manager who can lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies for driving sales growth.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Provide input into the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates.
- Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.

- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of sales operations, customer service, and team management.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
